NJ Landlord-To-Tenant

Big Shine Energy partnered with a New Jersey fragrance manufacturing facility to implement a landlord-to-tenant electricity structure for their partially subleased property. The project features a 177,100 kWh rooftop solar system, offsetting 100% of the facility’s energy consumption with 322 bifacial 550-watt solar modules.

Enrolled in the PSE&G Net Metering Program, the system optimizes energy usage and cost savings. Big Shine Energy provided a full turnkey solution, managing every phase from design to operations and maintenance, ensuring a seamless transition to renewable energy.
